Tool Making

We can fully manage the design and manufacture of tool dies for shot weights of up to 750g.

Tool cavities can be either CNC machined for spark eroded with a full range of options for single or multiple cavities. Both cold feed and hot runner systems can be incorporated with design configuration for specific materials.

Tools can be made to suit a customers budget with a range of pricing options including material choice and internal finish with an emphasis placed on the balance between price and production life brought to the fore.

Tool repair is also undertaken with a full range of milling and EDM equipment available which means that repairs can be made quickly and down time minimised.

Tool reconfiguration can also be undertaken for both design modifications as well as for machine changes including rehousing of internal cavities.

We work closely with our customers to ensure that the tool is correct providing visualisations and undertaking tool inspection, testing and commissioning.
