Silk Screen Printing

Silk screen printing can be undertaken for designs upto 300mm x 300mm using flat bed machines. We use monofilament polyester bolting cloth with the a wide range of mesh counts to suit requirements although polyester, stainless steel or nylon stencils can also be used.

We can use customer transparencies or originate the design from either electronic or traditional drawings.

Inks can be matched to customer specification or applied in standard Pantone colours. We use two pack catalysed Sericol inks as standard for the consistent and high quality results although vinyl inks can also be used where required.
