Nylon Injection Moulding

We offer Polyamide 6 and 66 Nylon injection moulding with options for filled Nylon including:

Nylon 6 offers greater ease of moulding over Nylon 66 as well as having a lower shrinkage ratio.

Nylon 66 offers greater strength and stiffness.

Typical applications include Gears, bearings, cams, nuts, bolts, rivets, castors, wheels, power tool casings, and a wide range of engineering applications.

Nylon also offers good machining characteristics making post forming possible.
