Equipped with 22 machines with shot capacities upto 750g, material dryers, hopper loaders and pick/place robots we are suited to a wide range of contracts including small and high volume batches.

We offer a one stop shop service from design to production working both with conceptual designs, detail drawings and existing items/prototypes. On behalf of our customers we can arrange for the commission of tools. Selection of thermoplastics, finishes and scheduling of production regimes.

Operating 24/7 we are able to offer a scalable production volume to suit requirements. Combined with robotic pick & place technology and unattended machine production facilities orders can be manufactured and dispatched quickly to suit your requirements.

We support a range of manufacturing systems including JIT, Kanban, Line Side and annual call offs. Within 30 minutes of an order being made we can have a mould loaded into the machine and the component under production.

We run a range of machines including Boy, Battenfeld, and Sintesi with tool capacities of up to 1.5 tons.
